    Those eligible will receive a 40 minute Nutrition Accelerator session during which we will discuss your goals and the programme in more detail. There are limited slots available, so first come, first served.

    Successful applicants will receive their personalised nutrition plan along side immediate access to the programme and community so they can get cracking straight away.

Hi! I’m Liz I’m a Registered Nutritionist. I love food and am fascinated by the impact of what we eat and drink has on our health and wellbeing....

I work with Mums who are wanting to juggle an easy, healthy diet with the day-to-day joys of raising a beautiful family - it can be really tough. So I designed the Nourished Mums programme to help more Mums take control of their diet, increase their energy, lose some of that stubborn baby fat and more importantly, learn the fundamentals of good nutrition for them and their family for the rest of their lives.

The programme is based on eating good, old real food with no hang ups on counting calories. Everyone who takes part on the programme will receive a personalise nutrition programme, ad-hoc daily nutritionist support via our social food diary, gain access to a members only information website and will be invited to be part of the Nourished Mums private Facebook community.

The programme is not a short-term diet or drastic weight loss programme, it supports women make small sustainable steps to change their diet and eating behaviour so they can reach their personals goals, whether that be increased get-up-and-go, trimmer body shape or freedom from sugar cravings, as well as, their desire to learn life-long knowledge that will empower them to provide a nutritious diet to their growing family.

I was so reliant on bread and pasta that I thought it would be a nightmare but I feel I have only made small differences, such as, adding egg through banana pancakes in the morning, and then a rich protein source like chicken or fish for lunch and it really keeps me going. I have even given up milk chocolate which I never thought I could do in a million years - I use to eat a bar a day, it was my life source or so I thought! So I've substituted it for dark chocolate and find it satisfies the craving and I only need a small amount!

Finally I just want to say that I was one of those people who swore I would never be on a 'special diet' but now I see, through Liz’s help, it isn't a special diet it's just a diet that suits me better!
